Brand new web store

Co-inciding with the release of Finland maps for ViewRanger, we have opened a brand new webstore. The new store will make it easier for us to offer a greater variety of mapping options, including electronic download maps. Visit the new store at store.viewranger.com.

If you are choosing your own map areas you need to download and install a new version of the map chooser application. You can download the new version here or go to www.viewranger.com/products.php#YourMap.

National Land Survey of Finland Maps Now Available

Maps of Finland for ViewRanger are now available.

The first maps to be released are at 1:50,000 scale and include Helsinki and Metropolitan Area, Saimaa Lake District region, and Southern Finland. Additional regions and maps at 1:20,000 scale will be available soon.

Finland maps are available as an electronic download and each map includes a ViewRanger software license, an overview map of Finland, a general gazetteer for Finland, plus detailed mapping and a detailed gazetteer for the region purchased.
