Nice one, much improved over previous versions. Like the fact that buddy beacon has moved up the menu, as that's what I use most.
What I would find really helpful maybe in later releases would be the following:
1. Automatically startup in 'buddy' mode, so that I don't have to do the same routine each time I start the app.
2. Clock! When you are tracking a buddy, it usefully displays the beacons last time, however on my phone (n95), I can't see the current time unless I switch back to the standby screen. (this is a pain when the other beacon goes offline)
3. The 'Receiving location' screen is far too obtrusive, could it be either made smaller, or use the new buddy beacon icon in the top task bar instead.
4. Last one! My phone always nags me about using the current blah will cost money blah, EVERYTIME I start viewranger no matter what the 'prompt for billable events' is set to.
